Residential Roofing Job Supervisors Wanted for Columbus roofing company
Newman Roofing, Central Ohio’s top residential roofing company, is looking for experienced and quality driven Job Supervisor to join our team. Job Supervisors at Newman Roofing are responsible for overseeing residential roof replacement/installation projects, managing subcontractor crews, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience from start to finish. We believe in customer service and high quality craftsmanship over everything else, and strive to provide all our customers with the award winning service we’ve become known for in Central Ohio.
This is a year round position with a company who believes in being honest with our customers and getting the job done right the first time. Starting wage from $23-$30/hr + health insurance, paid vacation, and 401K with 3% contribution. We are also offering a $1,000 signing bonus after a 60 day probation period.
The Job Supervisor we are looking for must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of residential roofing, home improvement or construction experience, but will train anyone with the right attitude. What We’re Looking For
Must valid driver’s license and good driving record
Must have experience in residential roofing, home improvement or construction
Must be hardworking and honest
Must be quality driven and detail oriented
Experience with sloped shingle roofs and in all flashing work is preferred
What We’re Offering
