**Newman Roofing is an essential business for roof repair, roof replacement and inspections**

Here at Newman Roofing, nothing is more important than the safety and well being of our customers and staff. As news around the Coronavirus outbreak develops and more information becomes available, we want everyone we might work with to feel safe.

As of March 23rd, we are considered an ‘essential business’ and are fully operational. We will continue to run jobs and provide estimates for the services we offer. This includes roofing repair services, roof replacement/installation jobs and roof inspections. As such, we want to make sure we are being as respectful of your property and personal space as possible.We are following guidance from the Centers of Disease Control & Prevention along with national and local governments to take extra precautions during this time. Here are the steps we are taking to keep our customers and staff safe

We will provide “no contact” estimates. Our repair techs can diagnose and repair most roofing issues without needing to meet in person or enter the property. Similarly, our replacement estimators are able to complete roof inspections and take measurements without needing to meet in person or enter the home. We’ll use email, phone and photos along with a few other hi-tech tools to gather the information we need, and are happy to make other accommodations such as meeting outside of the home or rescheduling an existing appointment for a later date.
Our estimators, field technicians and office staff are taking extra precautions to keep themselves, their tools, their trucks and their workstations sanitized and disinfected. All of our fleet vehicles and office workstations have been outfitted with sanitation and disinfectant kits (hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, spray, respirator masks, gloves, etc.).
Office staff members who have the ability to do so will be working from home as much as possible to decrease the amount of foot traffic in and out of our office. We will not be accepting walk-ins or visitors during this time.
