Now Hiring a Scheduling Coordinator
Newman Roofing, Central Ohio’s top residential roofing company, is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! As a scheduling coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including handling incoming phone calls and maintaining the daily dispatch schedule for our sales representatives. A scheduling coordinator needs to have excellent customer service and communication skills. We believe in customer service and high quality craftsmanship over everything else, and strive to provide all our customers with the excellent service we’ve become known for in Central Ohio.
This is a year round position with a company who believes in being completely honest with our customers and getting the job done right the first time. To be successful as a representative at Newman Roofing, you should have a great personality, a positive attitude and must enjoy helping people.
What We’re Looking For
Positive Attitude and Good Character
Ability to Multitask
Organizational Skills
Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Previous work experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative is preferred
Previous experience in the home improvement, construction, or roofing industry is preferred
What We’re Offering
$18-23 an hour
